As part of the “Got2be Datemagnet pheromone" product’s launch and to promote the brand in general, Got2be has asked IDWEAVER to develop an online action in the form of a competition called Got2be the dating experiment with the theme of “find your perfect match”. This buzz marketing campaign was launched on 14th July 2008.
For the participant, the principle of this action consists of finding his/her “perfect match” partner with whom he/she could attend a party organised at the end of the action in Knal.
In order to attend this party, his/her couple has to appear among the 250 couples that receive the highest number of match requests combined.
Each participant can invite his/her friends to discover the game through a send-to-friend form and courtesy of the e-mail address importing tool that enables users to invite all the contacts from their personal mailbox.
The concept of the action will also encourage users to make frequent return visits to the website to see if they have received more match requests or to match up with new users. Therefore, the visibility of the brand gets reinforced.
