ReachCentrum is a company founded by the CEFIC, supplying services connected with the registration, evaluation and authorisation of chemical substances within the framework of the new European REACH regulation.
"Why": Communication with its clients
Currently, of the 4,000 most widely marketed chemical substances in the world, only 150 have been fully evaluated.
To permit the chemical control of numerous other substances, it was therefore necessary for Reach Centrum to have an Extranet system listing them and giving client companies access to all the information concerning the legislation.

Management of their database of contacts and clients courtesy of our eCRM module. This Customer Relationship Management module allows them to manage all of their contacts, participations in workshops, the history of their relationship with the company, the sending of newsletters, etc.
