The DMS (document management system) allows you to centralise all the documents, including working documents, reports, issue sheets, meeting minutes, pictures… and manage their publication and users access rights.

General structure

• Upload documents and define their properties: language, author, publication date, tags, thumbnail, themes...
• Document versioning
• Multiple document upload in a single operation
• Manage documents container folders and users permission for each
• ...

In addition, you can easily publish documents on the public web site and the extranet using “document tags” in the CMS. They will enable you to display the documents of the selected folders considering the credentials of the authenticated user if any.
