As forecast, 2010 was a pivotal year in idweaver's development.
First of all, in terms of the company's capital structure, ITcube SA, previously a minority shareholder, completed the purchase of 100% of idweaver's capital, appointing Maxence Cüpper as the web agency's Managing Partner.
As part of its growth strategy, idweaver integrated the online and retail activities of Generaction , together with the web design and graphics operations of DoeNot.com, whose teams have been merged. The incorporation of these different activities goes hand in hand with an increase in capital that includes contributions from the founders of Generaction and DoeNot.com, together with certain members of the idweaver team.
Last year, idweaver enjoyed growth of almost 25% compared with 2009, taking the results to just shy of 400% growth since ITcube SA first took up a stake in the company 4 years ago.
Courtesy of the integration of the activities of Generaction and DoeNot.com, the prospects for 2011 are even rosier, with an early-2011 order book three times as thick as in early 2010.
And then there’s the development of the online events section for Belgacom and Nespresso, etc.
Our most promising projects for 2011 include:
Not to mention Cinéart, S+ belgian creation, Sappi, Smartoys, Galilei-Randstad, Max Havelaar…
